At Skandi Mēbeles, we are committed to delivering high-quality furniture and providing reliable after-sales support.

If you notice a manufacturing defect or delivery-related damage after receiving your order, please contact us as soon as possible. Our team will ensure a fast and efficient resolution.

How to Report a Defect

To speed up the warranty process, please send photos of the defect to info@skandimebeles.lv or submit a return request using our online return form.

14-Day Return Policy

Customers have the right to return eligible products within 14 calendar days after receiving their order.

To qualify for a return:

  • The product must be returned in its original packaging
  • The product must not be damaged due to customer misuse
  • The product must remain in resellable condition

Please note that custom-made furniture ordered in specific fabrics, sizes, or configurations may not be eligible for return unless a manufacturing defect is confirmed.

Approved returns should be delivered to our warehouse: Valmieras iela 2, Riga, LV-1009, Latvia

Refunds are processed within 10 business days after the returned product has been inspected and approved.

24-Month Manufacturer Warranty

All products sold by Skandi Mēbeles include a 24-month manufacturer warranty.

Please inspect your furniture carefully before assembly and ensure all instructions are followed correctly.

Warranty Conditions

  • Furniture must be assembled according to provided instructions
  • The product must be used for its intended purpose
  • Regular maintenance instructions must be followed

Warranty Exclusions

  • Incorrect assembly by the customer
  • Damage caused by misuse or negligence
  • Damage caused by external conditions or force majeure events

If a warranty defect is confirmed, repair, replacement, or another suitable solution will be provided within approximately 10-15 business days.
